Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival, Vietnam
On Ho Chi Minh City arrival, You will be welcomed with a warmed heart by our tour guide. Check in your hotel and relax on your own at night.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city
Day 2: Cu Chi tunnels and Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
8:00am: The tour guide will pick you up at your accommodation. Today you will visit the largest Vietnamese city. You will tour around street markets, sidewalk cafes and sleek new bars.
+ Cho lon - To the west of the city: is the huge Chinese neighborhood, which means "Big Market.
+ Notre Dame Cathedral: the neo- Romanesque architecture with two high square tower and iron spires
+ The Central Post Office-the French-style and City Hall: is typical of the French architecture that would be seen in any village in France.
+ The War Remnants Museum: including the collections of weapons and photographs from the two past wars.
At 1pm, depart for Cu Chi Tunnels to learn about Vietnam history & Vietnam War.
4:00am: Take a domestic to Ha Noi. Arrive Hanoi in the evening. Transfer to hotel for check in. Stay overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Classic Mekong Delta (B, L)
8.00am: We depart to My Tho city, It is about 1.5-hour drive there.
A smooth pass the rice fields to the peaceful rural. Get on boat cruising around the Tien River to islet. View the Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn Islet. Walk into the village, visit fruit garden, enjoy the tropical fruit and folk music performed by the local people.
The cruise will lead to Ben Tre province, “the kingdom of coconut”, where you will visit coconut candy workshop, bee house, enjoy honey tea.
The skillful rowing boat trip on the small canal – fully covered by the shadow of the water coconut’s tree.
Have lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, we will go for biking, walking.
3.00pm: Back Saigon. On the way, we will pass by vinh Trang Pagoda. 5pm get back to Saigon.Check in hotel & stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 4: Fly to Hue - Tour the Old Imperial City. (B, L)
6:00am: Transfer to the airport and fly to Hue in the morning, Vietnam's political capital from 1802 to 1945 under the 13 emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty.
Hue traditionally has been one of cultural, religious and educational centers of Vietnam. You will visit :
+The Imperial City: was modeled after the Forbidden City in Beijing, built in the early 19th century.
+The Thai Hoa Palace: The hall is so spacious and ornate roof of huge timbers is supported by 80 carved and lacquered columns.
+The Halls of the Mandarins: the Nine Dynastic Urns and the site where the Forbidden Purple City once stood.
Overnight in Hue City.
Day 5: Thien Mu Pagoda - Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang. (B, L)
8:00am: The tour guide will pick you up for the tour. Then, visit the Thien Mu Pagoda on the bank of the Perfume River. Thien Mu Pagoda was a hotbed of anti-government protest during the early 1960s.
Then, visit the complex of the Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, built in 1840. It is known for its magnificent architecture and elaborate decorations and considered one of most beautiful pagodas in Hue.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Explore Tu Duc Tomb built for meditation, reading and theater performances in a tranquil setting of forested hills and lakes.
Visit Khai Dinh Tomb, the last monument of the Nguyen dynasty. It’s long staircase was remarkably flanked by dragons, ceiling murals and ceramic frescoes.
Back to your hotel on the riverbank. Overnight in Hue City
Day 6: To Danang/City Sightseeing – Hoi An. (B, L)
6:00am: We will make the journey south past the Hai Van Pass and Lang Co, over a spur of the Truong Son Mountain Range that juts into the South China Sea – a spectacular views along the way. Upon arrival in Danang, we will :
+Visit the Cham Museum where a fine collection of openair sandstone carvings are displayed.
+Stop at My Khe Beach, which was famous for the setting in the American TV series of the same name. It stretches endlessly from the north to the south of the Marble Mountains. The Marble Mountains surrounding the area are five stone hillocks - As islands made of marble - and each is said to represent one of the five elements of the universe. Many Buddhist sanctuaries have been built over the centuries in many natural caves.
5:00pm: Arrive Hoi An Town, check in hotel & overnight in Hoi An.
Day 7: Hoi An Full Day Tour- Thu Bon River Boat Trip. (B, L)
8:00am: Take a full-day excursion to Hoi An - a major trading center. It was known as "Faifo" to the earliest Western traders. It was also an main port for the Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and other merchant vessels from the Far East.
Visit a temple that was partially gilded statues in the center. It was dedicated to sailors and fishermen and a chapel originated in the 1700s that reflects the influences of Chinese and Japanese styles.
Stop at the Sa Huynh Museum near the Japanese Covered Bridge. It displays exhibitions from the earliest period of Hoi An's history.
2:00pm: Take a boat trip on the Thu Bon River to Kim Bing Village on Cam Kim Island to see the wood workers and shipbuilding families. Return to Cua Dai Beach in the evening at your leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 8: My Son Sanctuary half day Tour – freetime go shopping (B, L)
8:00am: We will drive to My Son, a World Heritage, 50 km southwest of Hoi An., My Son - a capital and religious center of Cham people was located in a lush valley , now remaining with red brick towers and sanctuaries.
My Son is considered to be in the same league greatest archaeological sites in Southeast Asia, including Angkor in Cambodia, Bagan in Myanmar, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. These towers and sanctuaries was built from the 7th to 13th centuries.
1:00pm: Return to Town for lunch. In afternoon, It’s time to go shopping in Hoi An Town. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 9: Leave Hoi An for Hanoi (B)
Morning: Relax in Hoi An - heaven of shopping place in Vietnam until noon time. You will be transfered to Danang Airport in the afternoon fly to Hanoi.
Arrive Hanoi airport, pick up & transfer to hotel for check in. Free for leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 10: Hanoi Sightseeing full day. (B, L)
Have breakfast at hotel then start sightseeing Hanoi, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards and public parks, is the capital of Vietnam. You have a full day to visit:
+One Pillar Pagoda: was built by Ly Thai Tong and the Temple of Literature was founded by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong.
+Hoan Kiem Lake : contains an islet with a tiny Tortoise Pagoda.
+Have lunch at a local restaurant.
+Pay a visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Opera House and St. Joseph Cathedral. You will continue pay a visit to Bao Tang Lich, once the museum of l'Ecole Francaise d'Extreme Orient, which includes artifacts from Vietnam's turbulent history. Water Puppet Show, Cyclo visiting Old Quarter. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 11: Sapa arrival/ Go trekking to Villages (B, L)
6:00am: Arrive Lao Cai Railway Station. Pick up to Sapa town for check in. 8:00am: Have breakfast and start trekking down to Lao Chai village and visit the Black H'mong
Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way, then keep going to get to Ta Van village to visit the Dzay people’s live. This area is supposed to be the most friendly one in mountainous area
Visit Giang Ta Chai village of Red Dzao tribe where you will see the maverlous scenery and beautiful waterfall
2:00pm: you get back Sapa Town for free to discover Sapa Market & stay overnight in Sapa Town.
Day 12: Lao Cai- Bac Ha Sunday Market - Night train back Hanoi (B, L)
7:30am: Have breakfast in Sapa, then leave Sapa Town for Bac Ha Town to join Sunday Market with local people. Bac Ha is one of the most wonderful and colorful markets in extreme north Vietnam. Thousands of local people in their traditional attire exchange the local products such as Dogs, cats, pigs, horses... are all on sales
2:00pm: Take pleasant walk to Ban Pho village, home to the flower H'mong people. This is a great opportunity to learn about the friendly locals’ culture and interact with tribal villages
3:00pm: Leave Bac Ha Town for Lao Cai Railway Station. Take night train, which departs about 7.30am. Overnight on the train.
Day 13: Depart for Ha Long Bay and Stay overnight on Board. (B, L, D)
5:30am: Arrive Hanoi Railway Station. 8:30am; check in at the hotel and take a short rest. We will depart to one of the most magnificent scenic environments in the world, Halong Bay. Covering 577 square miles, this beautiful bay is filled with more than 3,000 limestone “peaks” or karsts that jut from the deep clean blue water as far as you can see.
12:00pm: You will have a day and a half, including an overnight with dinner and breakfast onboard, exploring this overwhelming seascape from the decks of a traditional Vietnamese boat. 6:00am: Rising to the sound of lapping bay waters, we have time to take the early morning dip. Then, have breakfast. Sitting on the upper deck, you can relax by taking the deep breath and contemplate beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay.
7:00am: Have breakfast. Then, explore Sung Sot cave, swim and relax
11:00am: Cruises back to the jetty. Have brunch on board while you are cruising through the bay, along the way contemplating many more the fascinating formations.
12:00pm: Cruise check-out. Rejoin car drive back to Hanoi for overnight. 3:00pm: Arrive Ha Noi. Check in hotel and take a walk in the Old Quarter. Relax at your hotel.
Day 15: Hanoi Conclude/ Departure. (B)
