VN BIKE TOUR has always been so proud to say that since the inception of the company, we have never been involved in a single accident with our valued guests on all of our tours. All of our drivers are well trained and extremely careful to provide our guests the safest and best quality of service. However, despite our best efforts, we understand that sometimes accidents do happen not because of our fault. We cannot control other drivers on the streets and there may be an eventually unfortunate situation, in which one of our guests gets injured while being with us on the tour. That is why the accident insurance is there to offer our guests the best security they could have. This accident insurance covers $5,000 or 20,000,000 Vietnam Dong for your injuries in case of an accident. This insurance from our company covers by cash. So you can use your traveler insurance as well. This amount of money can cover most of major medical courses here in Vietnam. This coverage is guaranteed and has its power the moment you go on one of our tours and ends once the tour is over. You are insured for any bodily injury that is a direct result of an accident that occurs while riding on our motorbikes. Theft or loss of property is NOT covered. Even though our accident insurance offers comprehensive health coverage, we still recommend that all travelers to Vietnam should have a good travel insurance policy for themselves. Most travel insurance policies should cover “motorbikes in Vietnam”.

Private Cu Chi Tunnels Tour

"Wonderful experience" Unbelievable! I had heard so much about these tunnels from the time I was growing up watching the news from Vietnam but the reality is incredible. We had Jordan as our guide who was so informative. He literally held our hands throughout the whole experience as it can be daunting particularly if you're any way claustrophobic. Jordan is like a walking encyclopedia and he taught us so much during our trip. There was so much I thought I knew about the war but really I hadn't a clue. Jordan was outstanding. And apart from all the knowledge, he kept us amused throughout the car journey. He is so funny and we had such a great day thanks mainly to him. If you are going to book a private tour in Saigon, ask for Jordan. He was so great that we insisted he be our guide for the remainder of our trip to Ho Chi Minh. Thank you so much if you are reading this.

Cu Chi Tunnels and Ho Chi Minh City Tour

On reflection, we should have spent more time in Mekong to get a real sense of place but we only had a day and got the tourist version. That was okay. Our guide Tuyen (happy Sara) was super good--she was informative and surprised us from time to time with treats along the way. The company had transportation figured out. Tuyen and driver picked us up at our hotel at 8am for the almost 2-hr drive to the boat which we took to a farm. We saw the various farm products -- honey, fruit, coconut -- heard about traditions and the development of the region (we are very curious) then enjoyed a fine lunch. Took the boat back to the van and then back to the hotel by 4 pm. I would suggest the tour if you only had a short time to see Mekong Delta but would encourage a longer visit to get a true sense of the area.

Mekong in one day

I had coordinates of a location in Long An Province where a close friend served and was killed in 1969. I served in country in 68-69 and after 50 yrs it was time to return. My duty stations were pretty much gone due to development, but there were certain locations I needed to visit. VN Bike Tour arranged a special personnel tour and experience; we traveled roads, country lanes, by boat and by foot to get to a specific place. We met with local veterans and shared a meal with a local family. Jordan and Ann from VN Bike Tour put together an amazing and unforgettable day.
